Sébastien grew up in France and studied information technology there. Christian grew up in Thuringia and studied media technology at the Technical University of Ilmenau. After their studies and before founding AVENYR, both worked together for over 15 years in various management positions at an engineering services company in the automotive sector in Munich.
Christian is an orderly person, he first develops a goal and a framework to solve a task. He is not only interested in perfectionism but likes to use the 80-20 principle. Communication and fun in working with employees and customers is essential for him. In addition to the Consulting and Startup Booster divisions, Christian is responsible for Business Development, Sales, IT, Data Protection, Quality Management and Purchasing.
Sébastien strives for the big picture, likes to develop visions and strategies to serve current and future customer needs and loves to develop people and teams and take them along on the way to the goal. In addition to management and engineering, Sébastien is responsible for marketing, HR, finance and strategy.
Our team consists of people who enjoy working together to realize a vision and put the interests of the company and the community before personal interests. Our team consists of people who are not satisfied with the status quo and who have the ambition to develop the company and themselves every day. Our team consists of people who want to achieve great things and who regard cooperation as an essential factor for success. Our team consists of people who think and act customer-oriented and entrepreneurial.
